FROST
As fragile as the Polar region, equally vulnerable is the human body in extreme cold. Inspired by the padded outfits of Polar explorers, the collection Frost is dedicated to the protection in a hostile environment such as the Arctic. At the same time Frost also shows the fascination of Arctic shapes and colours. This idea is symbolized by three padded outfits that dramatize the topic with their voluminous silhouettes.
ENIGMA
The collection Enigma is inspired by the abstract paintings of German artist Gerhard Richter, whose style is characterized by the use of blurred colours. His technique is represented by the blurred lines of the bleached denim that resemble the endless blue of a troubled sea. This wildness meets the simplicity of an upcycled white dress, striking the perfect balance between eccentricity and simplicity.
INVERSED LINES
Inversed Lines is inspired by the buildings of famous deconstructivist architects such as Rem Koolhaas, Zaha Hadid or Frank Gehry. This architectural style is characterized by the absence of values such as harmony and symmetry to give the impression of the fragmentation of the constructed building including a dynamic that is rather unusual for architecture. Similar to the deconstructivist architecture, this collection also unites non-rectilinear forms that ensure an unconventional dynamic.
